[vtkusers] Surface Rendering

It needs 16 bits data files.
in the filename format: xxx.1, xxx.2, xxx.3 etc.

were you able to compile it? Detail me about your programming environment.
Sample data is availabe in vtk samples. You may use that 93 file 64*64 head
CT dataset.
