I am still waiting on a compliant implementation of *stringstream on
SunOS, as a side note.
 I had to remove a portion of GDCM code because the
kwsys::*stringstream wrapper around the old strstream are
incomplete/incompatible with the API of *stringstream, and that mean
all ITK customers are impacted by that (not only the SunOS ones).
