[vtkusers] Can we drop Visual Studio 6 support?

Could you perhaps explain why you use VS6 and not a newer VS?  Did they
remove features (in newer VS) that you need?  Is the co$t of upgrading
too high?  Is your computer too underpowered to use a newer version?

I am genuinely curious.
