[vtkusers] java wrapping of vtkGDCMImageReader

For the record: GDCM (svn branch 2.0) compiles now properly with VTK and
Java-Wrapping and produces a jar file containing the
vtkGDCMImageReader.class. So far, I've checked it using the system
details below and dicom import works properly.
