[vtkusers] Generating DLL files for Vol View Plugin

Hi All,

I need to generate dll files from my visual studio 2008 compiler ,so that I
can add it as a plugin.I am using vol view 3.0.Please let me know how to
generate dll files from visual studio 2008 compiler .Please Help
