[vtkusers] How to build libraries for both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures

Hi Mike,
   		I suppose if you could move the cocoa support check from 64-bits  
to 32-bits, in the Qt header files that I mentioned about previously.  
But here is what Trenton said. He said that there is still some bits  
of Carbon code that they need.
