[vtkusers] Problem QVTKWidget using vtkCarbonRenderWindow instead of vtkCocoaRenderWindow

Hi Clint,
			I get a malformed patch error when I try to run your patch.

I updated my cvs sources. then I copied your patch file to a file  
called QVTKWidget.diff and then changed to the VTK/GUISupport/Qt  
folder and ran the following command

patch <QVTKWidget.diff

This gave the following error. What am I doing wrong?
