[vtkusers] MetaImage file format (ElementByteOrderMSB vs. BinaryDataByteOrderMSB)

Hello,

I'm a little confused about the metaimage header file format, and hope
someone can clear this up.

In the documentation for vtkMetaImageReader, the example header only has
ElementByteOrderMSB, but if you dive into vtkMetaImageReader.cxx, this field
is ignored, and only BinaryDataByteOrderMSB is referenced. Is this a bug in
the code, or simply a place where the docs should be updated? In general,
should metaimage headers always contain both of these fields?
