[vtkusers] Hammer registration method

Hi,
 
is there any implementation of the HAMMER method in VTK?
I found the executable file, but not the source code.
 
Or, is there any implementation of GMIs in VTK? 
GMIs = (Geometric moments invariant) used by Hammer for the caracterisation of voxels.
