[vtkusers] missing header file tiffconf.h ?

Hi All,

while building our external vtk kit
which has an extension to the vtk tiff reader,
we notices that a header file
tiffconf.h
seems to be missing in VTK 5.2

should it be there by default?

I had to go get it and manually install it in the self built vtk  
installation
on my linux64bit ubuntu virtual machine...
