[vtkusers] Rendering bullseye-style grid in VTK

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to render a circular grid in VTK? or do I have to draw it manually? Please see the attachment gotten from http://www.clarity-media.co.uk/circle-sudoku.jpg. Not quite that, but something VERY similar.
