[vtkusers] Compile error of ftmac.c on MacOSX 10.5 using SDK 10.4u

Yes, this is a known bug that is fixed in the latest freetype.  However,
VTK does not yet use the latest freetype due to font rendering issues.

I suppose I could commit ftmac.c so at least others will not run into
your problem.
