[vtkusers] how can i change the positions of points on a wireframe with mouse picking?

Hi all,

i have a wireframe constructed using vtkDelanuay2D. my teacher wants me to
pick any point on this wireframe and move to another position.  and then the
wireframe's shape will change like a rubber. anyone have an idea?
