[vtkusers] Delete overlayed polygones defined by same points

Hello,

I used the CleanPolyDataFilter to remove some degenerate cells in my mesh.
The result is, that some cells are defined by the same point with another
order. For example:

cell 0: [0, 1, 2]
cell 1: [1, 2, 0]

What filter could remove that overlays?
