[vtkusers] SetPixelFormat Failed - error

[PsyVis]

Hello I'm building an app (in Java and vtk 5.02 on win) that has a vtkPanel
that gets removed and when a new vtkPanel is put in its place I get a
SetPixelFormat Failed error and the whole app dies and crashes.
