[vtkusers] VtkGradientFilter questions

Hello all,
I¹m experimenting with using vtkGradientFilter. I figure if VTK will compute
it for me, that¹s one less array I have to store.
Anyway, I¹m seeing unexpected results when trying to visualize the gradient
magnitude. I thought I might be using it incorrectly but I¹m seeing the same
results in Paraview.
(See attached)
The first image (pressure.png) is the original field and the second
(pressureGradient.png) is the result of the gradient filter in Paraview.

Are there any limitations on how the vtkGradientFilter can be used?
