[vtkusers] vtkCocoaRenderWindow image difference compared to vtkCarbonRenderWindow

Not sure anyone can answer that without knowing a whole lot more.  I
would try to narrow it down more.  Does it happen in Cocoa 32 bit for
example?  Does it happen with different GPUs?  etc.
