Nice!  Do the examples run correctly?

The patch to fix the QVTKWidget compile is in CVS now.

Another nice thing to have is a check in the CMakeLists.txt file for whether 
Qt is compiled with Cocoa or Carbon, and make sure VTK has the same 
configuration.
