[vtkusers] QVTWidget in QT designer

Hi J.

You could copy/paste it from an example-.ui-file when opening it in a
textfile depending on your XML skills.

Or open both (your ui and the example) in the Qt designer and copy/paste
the objects there.

I'm using QT4 with VTK5 and I want to open the QVTKWidget with QT
designer. Does anyone know a way to do this?
