[vtkusers] Problem error: 'class vtkLocator' has no member named 'SetRetainCellLists'

Hi,
       No problem, I've changed the sources in VTKDesigner2 to reflect  
the new changes to vtk.5.3..x. I've submitted the changes to the  
author of VTKDesigner2.
