[vtkusers] Sample code using VTK and DICOM

Hi Mathieu,

Thank you for your reply.
I immediately downloaded and built the gdcm-2.0.9 and got most of the
library.
But, the key tool, i.e. gdcmviewer, was not built, yet.
Please tell me how to compile and build the gdcmviewer.
