[vtkusers] Creating a 3DImageData from slices

Hi Romu,

Try replacing your "for" loop with the following. (You also won't need 
"int importPort(0);".)

for (int i = 0; i < lastOne; i++)
  {
  transfo3D->AddInput(img[i]);
  }
