[vtkusers] How to import 113 slices into the pipleline to do volume rendering

There are also examples using the headsq/quarter dataset (a smaller
dataset in the same format as the one you want to use) in
VTK/Examples/Medical. You'd need to change the dimensions per slice and
the number of slices in the examples to make them work for a different
dataset.
