[vtkusers] 403 error at vtk.org

Hi All,

I'm getting a:

"Sorry, error 403
Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe"

from the nightly dashboard web page, 
http://www.vtk.org/Testing/Dashboard/MostRecentResults-Nightly/Dashboard.html

Anyone else seeing it?
