[vtkusers] vtkPointSpriteMapper: Ellipsoid and Quadric shaders not there??

Hi,
I'm using vtkPointSpriteMapper from the CSCS repository (with CVS head
version of VTK). I am trying to render ellipsoids instead of spheres
as sprites. I call SpirteMapper->SetShadingProgramToEllipsoid();
however, ellipsoid.xml file or GLSL programs are not present in the
resources subdirectory. Are they not yet implemented, or have been
removed for some reason?
