[vtkusers] about image orientation

Hi,
I don't get the meaning of the arguments of
vtkImagePermute::SetFilteredAxes. Could you help me
please?

Since SetTransform can't be used in
vtkDICOMImageReader, and vtkTransformFilter outputs
vtkPointSet(I want vtkImageData), I don't know how to
make use of them.
