[vtkusers] does anyone know how to fix this

vtkHAVSVolumeMapper_kbufferVP.h and vtkHAVSVolumeMapper_kbufferVP.cxx
are generated at build time in you build directory in VolumeRendering.
Are the files there?
What the value of VTK_ENCODESTRING_EXE in your CMakeCache.txt?
