[vtkusers] How to obtain a pixel in the picture which is rendering using volume rendering

Hi,
    I want to ask how to obtain a pixel in the picture which is rendering using volume rendering.Namely,I want to obtain a point in 3D space.The VTK can provide me some usefull methods? Thanks!
