[vtkusers] problem to load large images serie with vtkDicomImageReader

Hello, Dear vtkusers,

I met a problem with the volume rendering with vtkVolume and image reslice
with vtkImageViewer2 when I tried to load large images series set (such as
more than 100 images) with vtkDicomImageReader. It seems that the volume
rendeing and reslice images (slices orientations in YZ and XZ) failed to
display. Only the slice in XY orientation appear... I don't know how many
slices I can successfully load without trial.

My question is:
What are the limitation factors of the slices number with
vtkDicomImageReader?
How to know how many slices I can load with it?

Thanks in advance if someone can make a note. If the problem was addressed
before, pls kndly guide me to the archived note.
