[vtkusers] is there a way to get x-y-z coordinates of a point on a picture, in coordinate system?

 is there a way to get x-y-z coordinates of a point on a picture, in
coordinate system? i was doing it in OpenCV. When i click on a point on
picture, it tells me the coordinates of point. i am looking for such a
method in VTK.
