[vtkusers] vtkThreadedController not present in VTK 5.*

Hi

The sub class of vtkMultiProcessController, vtkThreadedController, is
not in VTK 5.0 (last seen in VTK 4.5). The (VTK 5.0) example
Examples/ParallelProcessing/Generic/Cxx/TaskParallelism.cxx implies that
vtkMPIController::New() will result in a vtkThreadedController if MPI is
not "configured". However, this is not the case.

Is there any way to get a vtkThreadedController in VTK 5.0?
i tried to compile with latest vtk code but it code is broken. some loginf has been moved to Controller class.
