[vtkusers] Extract and delete inner surfaces of an DICOM - Mesh

Hello,

I will use VTK to readin a dicom dataset to get a meshed volume. I use
vtkMarchingCubes to do this. After vtkTriangleFilter and vtkDecimatePro I
would like to delete all inner Surfaces/volumes to get the outer casing.

How to do this?
