[vtkusers] How do I read Cyberware lifes

Dear VTK experts
  I wanted to read Cyberware files.
  In the 2nd edition Visualization Toolkit text book vtkCyberReader class reads Cyberware files. But I do not have vtkCyberReader.h in my current version VTK include folder.
  Is it supported in the latest version VTK or not?
  How can I read the Cyberwarefiles?
