[vtkusers] vtkCollisionDetectionFilter error. Using vtk5.1

Ok, problem fixed. It had nothing to do with the vtkBioeng library but with
my useless. I messed up an old vtkBioeng.lib version with the new one, and
even the test examples didn't run. Very sorry for having disturbed you and
many thanks for your quick reply.
