[vtkusers] vtkDividingCubes program problem

hi all,

i am trying to run some vtkDividingCubes program from
http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/4.2/html/c2_vtk_t_2.html#c2_vtk_t_vtkDividingCubes
but i get errors as

invalid command name "vtkDividingCubes"
    while executing
"vtkDividingCubes iso"

i wonder if the latest VTK still support this function. (i checked the
source code the vtkDividingCubes does not seem to be there.. )
the http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/4.2/html/classvtkDividingCubes.html page
says that it is based on the generate program written by H. Cline, S. Ludke
and W. Lorensen.

so may i know where to find the orginal program and what the title of the
orignal paper they wrote is?
