[vtkusers] RemoveTuple in DataArray/FloatArray

Hey,

The RemoveTuple() method shows up in the 5.1.0 (cvs) documentation,  
but not in the 5.0.4 doc that I can find online. Maybe you need to  
move up to the CVS version to get that functionality?
