[vtkusers] error while saving animation in paraview 3.2.1

Hi,

i have loaded pvd file to paraview 3.2.1 and the animation was alright
when the "play" button was clicked. However, when i wanted to save the
animation, there is an "output message" windows popup.. stating

and the error goes on...
although the avi file was created in the folder, nothing was saved.
was wondering whether does anyone know why this is happening?
