[vtkusers] volume rendering

anybody know how to render volume from dicom file? I
wanna create 3D from dicom series, but I don't know
how to render the volume for it. I must using C++ on
linux for do it. so please tell me how to made 3D
images from dicom (*.dcm) data series...., if there is
some example can explain about my problem, you can
sent for me too....
another question, what kind a method to made 3D images
from dicom data series? 
I'm confused how to do that.............. :((
