[vtkusers] itkPowellOptimizer for 3D rigid registration

Dear All,
I am trying to write a 3D MI rigid registration program which using
itkPowellOptimizer as optimizer. But the result often trapped in the local
maximum point. Can any one tell me how to set parameters of
itkPowellOptimizer (like step tolerance, value tolerance, etc.) so that it
is better for registration? Thanks a lot.
