[vtkusers] Pls help...." vtk.h file is not found " error

Hi everyone,
I am very new to vtk and working vtk 5.0.4 with VC++ 8 in windows vista platform. some of my programs are running fine but in some programs where I include vtk.h file then an error comes " vtk.h" file  not found. How can I get vtk.h file and from where...??
pls give suggestions
