[vtkusers] vtkImageGradient with vtkStreamline

I couldn't make this work, nor could I get any help that could make it
work just a while ago ( I started a thread on Nov 29). 

There is more than one stream tracer and I had some success with one of
them.

In the end I used an integrator from the GSL instead. I've attached the
file.
