[vtkusers] compile C++ using cmake for vtk

hello, I was confused about how to compile C++ files
for vtk. It cause when I build vtk, I used "apt-get
install vtk-tcl vtkdata vtk-example vtk-doc", so I
never use cmake for build it.
It cause when I compile it, I always get error
message. one of the message is  "vtkConeSource.h: No
such file or directory"
does anyone know how to compile C++ files that using
vtk header using cmake for my problem is?
