[vtkusers] Compiling VTK for .NET

Hello,
I was able to compile the wrappers using the code
for an older version of VTK.
I didnt know that NET is officially supported by VTK (?)
The solution to your problem might be:
There is a VB Macro that tells visual studio what files
are managed C++. You should execute that macro before trying
to compile. The Webpage where you can download the wrappers
has more instructions on this.
