[vtkusers] VTK, ICC, OS X Link Errors

I removed the test based on driver versions to skip depth peeling by a
test on the card model only. Otherwise it would be a real trouble with
an official release (coming soon) of VTK.

See rev 1.85 of VTK/Rendering/vtkOpenGLRenderer.cxx.
