[vtkusers] VTK 5.2 Tag file?

With the new patch release for VTK 5.2.1, there is now a documentation tag
file available at:
http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/5.2/vtk5.2.1.tag

Please try it out and let me know if you encounter any problems using it.
