[vtkusers] [vtk-developers] libvtkalglib.so not installed on CVS head

It is moving into VTK, not out of it and is new enough
that it doesn't have install rules yet. I will try to get
this checked in over the next day or so. Thanks for the
bug report.

I'm using CVS head VTK version and the file libvtkalglib.so aren't
properly installed after make install.
I'm on Ubuntu Intrepid. This lib will be removed or are something
wrong with the install process?
