[vtkusers] please help me install VTK + Python on my WinXP OS

Hi,
Im trying to work out the best way to work with python+vtk,

I have some success with vtk+python on Ubuntu Linux OS,

I would like to work under windows - for better graphic performence,

please help me - I tryed doing that with CygWin, with no success,

I am currently installing VS2005 - and will try to build it from source with
VS2005,

I just want it to work smoothly - is it too much to ask?
