[vtkusers] insert a 2D image in a 3D dataset

Hi all,
I'm trying to apply the vtkImageIslandRemoval2D filter to a 3D vtkImageData.
I suppose I've to do it slice by slice. Good. And how am I supposed to copy
each filtered 2D image back to the exact position in the 3D dataset?
