[vtkusers] VTK documentation

Hi

Well, the thing is, Kitware would also like to make some money. That's 
why the real 'tutorial' exists only in form of a printed book (vtk 
User's guide). However, there are also the examples which are shipped 
with vtk. I learned vtk that way.
I assume you know where to find the api reference once you need it
