[vtkusers] problem with vtkHyperOctree shallow / deep copy

Hi All,

We have been trying to use the ShallowCopy and DeepCopy methods of 
vtkHyperOctree without much success. We have a functioning 
vtkHyperOctree, and when we shallow or deep copy it to another 
vtkHyperOctree, the new vtkHyperOctree does not contain all of the 
information from the original. The most notable difference is that in 
the copied version, GetNumberOfCells returns 0.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? Is there some method that needs to 
be called in addition to ShallowCopy or DeepCopy to get things to work 
properly?
